THE REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT OF ZANZIBAR THE JUDICIARY OF ZANZIBAR Invitation for Bids The United Republic of Tanzania Zanzibar Judicial Modernization Project (Zi-JUMP) Credit No.: 7547 Contract Title: Procurement for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment to capacitate Judiciary Reform Delivery Unit (JRDU) and EMU Reference No. TZ-JOZ-458391-GO-RFB 1. The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Zanzibar Judicial Modernization Project (Zi-JUMP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement for Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment to capacitate Judiciary Reform Delivery Unit (JRDU) and EMU.

• The Judiciary of Zanzibar now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Supply, Delivery and Installation of ICT Equipment to capacitate Judiciary Reform Delivery Unit (JRDU) and EMU. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 4.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Judiciary of Zanzibar, Head of Procurement and Disposal Management Unit (PDMU), procurement@judiciaryzanzibar.go.tz and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 7:30 am to 3:30 pm at the address given below. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS 100,000,00).
