Procurement of IT Services for the SCALE Program — United Republic of Tanzania

GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Country: The United Republic of Tanzania Name of Project: The Scaling-up Locally Led Climate Action Program (SCALE) Practice Area: Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar Project ID No. P180742 The United Republic of Tanzania has received financing of US$ 100,000,000.00 from the World Bank for the Scaling-up Locally Led Climate Action Program (SCALE) and plans to use part of the proceeds for payments related to goods, works, non-consulting services, and consulting services to be procured under this project.

The project will include the following components of Goods and Consultancy services for these items; • Supply of ICT and Electronic equipment to the First Vice President’s Office (FVPO) Zanzibar. Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will follow the procedures outlined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016) (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations. After project negotiations, the World Bank shall publish on its external website the initial procurement plan agreed upon and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection.
