THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF WATER REQUEST FOR BID BID No.: TZ/MOW/394713/GO/RFQ/2023-2024/G/01 FOR Procurement of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Installation of RSDMS Kiganjani (Mobile App) and Training of CBWSOs on the use of the application for Data Management 13/05/2024 1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 3/5/2024. 2.The MINISTRY OF WATER has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Procurement of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Installation of RSDMS Kiganjani (Mobile App) and Training of CBWSOs on the use of the application for Data Management.

It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Installation of RSDMS Kiganjani (Mobile App) and Training of CBWSOs on the use of the application for Data Management 3. The MINISTRY OF WATER now invites tenders from pre-qualified eligible Tenderers for the supply of Procurement of Mobile Phones, Laptops, Installation of RSDMS Kiganjani (Mobile App) and Training of CBWSOs on the use of the application for Data Management 4.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations. 5. A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST.

• Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process. 7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing in the format provided in the tendering document.

• All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM on 27/05/2024. Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.
