Bidding will be conducted through Requestion for Quotation (RFQ) Procurement Method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the REALISE Project by contacting Koiyan Mawolo, kmawolo@liberiasp.gov.lr and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address given below. 5. The RFQ in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$15.00. The method of payment is direct cash payment in the Finance Office of the Project. Bidders requesting and receiving the RFQ through email will not have to pay US$15.00. The RFQ will be emailed to them free of charge. 6. Quotes must be delivered in person to the below address on or before 12:30 p.m. on October 3, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. 7.
