INVITATION TO TENDER

PROCUREMENT OF ONE BLAST FREEZER

The Department of Blue Economy is inviting for bids from both Local and International manufacturers/ suppliers for the Procurement of One Blast Freezer.

• The offers should be CIF basis to Mahe, Seychelles.
• The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within three months from Date of Award of contract. To obtain a copy of the Bidding Documents and any queries, please contact:

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Thursday 16th March 2023 – Thursday 23rd March 2023 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Seychelles time). No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

Please note hard copy of bidding document will not be made available for this tender.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Procurement of One Blast Freezer” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles before closing at 10:00 hrs Seychelles Time on Monday 3rd April 2023.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00 hrs Seychelles Time on Monday 3rd April 2023 at the National Tender Board.

Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED UNOPENED
