Modifications to Bidding Documents

Reference to the above Invitation for Bids advertised in dgMarket on May 3rd, 2010,please note the following modifications to the bidding documents:-

1.Letter of Manufacturer's Authorization: Second Paragraph of the Manufacturer's Authorization shall be deleted and replaced with: "We hereby extend our full guarantee and warrantyin accordance with Clause 28 of the General Conditions of Contract, with respect to the Goods offered by the above firm."

2.Bid Data Sheet, ITB Clause 21.1 shall be deleted and replaced with: "The amount of the Bid Security shall be: USD 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency".

• Deadline for Bid Submission:Bid Data Sheet, ITB 24.1: The Date of Deadline for Bid Submission is modified as follows: "June 21st, 210";

• Bid Opening Date:Bid Data Sheet, ITB 27.1:The Bid Opening Date is modified as follows: "June 21st, 2010";
