Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (Donor Funded) using Request fo Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November 2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410, and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND TOURISM - REGROW, MWAJUMA MOHAMMED DIIKE, MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND TOURISM, P.O.BOX 1351 DODOMA and inspect the bidding document through NeST. 6.
