Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB)as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Bishoftu City Administration Finance office at Bishoftu city Administration 2nd floor Room No 2 Bishoftu City Administration finance office Department of procurement and property administration and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM– 5:30 PM at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 2000 Birr.
