If 5% is exceeded, contract may be cancelled. • Payment: 100% within 45 days of invoice date and receipt & acceptance of correct goods. • Warranty: warranty period as per standard manufacturer warranty • Bidders must themselves or through their agents provide after sales service in Ministry of Transport and Communications head office, Gaborone, Botswana for the goods to be supplied • Award: An order or contract will be placed with the bidder who offers the lowest evaluated price quotation, which complies with the attached specifications and condition of this request for quotation.
