INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. WB0P0015674 dated 28.11.2021 and the National e- Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 10/09/2024.

The MWALIMU JULIUS K. NYERERE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURAL AND

TECHNOLOGY has received LOAN from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of the Procurement of server and router, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Procurement of Server and router .

You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

The Quotations shall be valid for 45 days.

The required delivery period is 30 days from the issuance of the purchase order

The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 24/02/2025.

Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through NeST.

Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
