Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the National Public Procurement Act 2016 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the manual and Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 Revised September 2023. 4. Bidders shall quote for all items as required in the Bid Document. Bids will be evaluated and contract will be awarded to the Bidder meeting the required qualification criteria. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a nonrefundable fee of Three Thousand Leones (NLe 3,000.00) or in a convertible currency. Payment for the Bidding Document must be made to the account below and the Bank Slip presented to the Finance Unit of the Project Fiduciary Management Unit.
