INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS 15/04/2024

• This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. 28032024 dated 28-03-2024 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 14/10/2023.

• You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

• The Quotations shall be valid for 45 days.

• The required delivery period is 7 days from the issuance of the purchase order

• The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 25/04/2024.

• Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through NeST.

• Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
