28032024 dated 28-03-2024 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 14/10/2023. 2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

• The Quotations shall be valid for 45 days. 4. The required delivery period is 7 days from the issuance of the purchase order 5. The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 25/04/2024.

• Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through NeST. 7. Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
