• This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. N/A dated 15 April 2024 and the National e- Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 02/11/2023.

• The INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTANCY ARUSHA has received a Loan from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Procurement Of Telecommunications Infrastructures And Equipment For Multimedia Studio Equipment For Digital Library, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of telecommunications infrastructures and equipment for multimedia studio equipment for digital Library.

• You are here by invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

• The Quotations shall be valid for 45 days.

• The required delivery period is 45 days from the issuance of the purchase order

• The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 13/05/2024.

• Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through NeST. https://nest.go.tz/

• Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
