FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA CROSS RIVER STATE Nigeria Improved Survival Program for Human Capital MPA (P167156) Publication Issued DATE: 31/10/2025 REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB) Procurement of Ultra sound scan for 18 PHCs( One per LGA) in Cross River State INTRODUCTION: The federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of Cross River State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the costs of improving the utilization and quality of Immunization plus and Malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for Procurement of Ultra sound scan for 18 PHCs( One per LGA) in Cross River State. ₦13,500,225 This is a single package. BIDDING PROCEDURES: Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulation”). In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the conflict of Interest. INVITATION: Interested eligible may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Project Manager (PM) or Email: crsimpactproject@gmail.com and may also inspect bidding documents during office hours between 9,00 am – 4.00 pm Monday – Friday at the address given below. PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS: A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchase by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment on non-refundable fee of Seventy Five Thousand Naira (N75,000.00) for the package. The method of payment will be by bank draft issued in favor of Cross River State – IMPACT account. A copy of the bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder. BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00am on 14/11/2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below 10.00 am on 14/11/2025.
