The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ugx.100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings Only) per Lot or equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Bank account number: 006550058000001, Customer name: National Information Technology Authority, Uganda (NITA-U), Account title: NITA-U Local Revenue Expenditure Account, Bank Name: Bank of Uganda Swift Code: UGBAUGKA. A PDF bidding document shall be sent to the potential bidder electronically upon receipt of confirmation of payment. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00am on Friday, 16th October 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
