Tender No. 43/2025/2026/G/43 FOR Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water Measuring Devices 18/11/2025 • This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 31/01/2025. • The MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Supply, Installatuion, Testing and Commissioning of Water Measuring Devices, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water Measuring Devices. • The MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local,Company Foreign, Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, ManufacturerForeign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning ofWater Measuring Devices. • Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method as specified in the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410. • A complete set of tendering document (s) in English may be accessed through NeST. • Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process. • All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Bank Guarantee inthe currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers worth 20,850,000.00. • All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM on 26/11/2025.
