Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health Project 1bidding document during office hours Procurement Unit Ground Floor at Ministry of Health Head Quarters Procurement Admin from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LsL2,000.00 to Ministry of Health Head Quarters, Accounts Unit level 1 Corner Constitution Road & Linare Road Maseru Lesotho. Cash at Accounts Unit level 1 Corner Constitution Road & Linare Road Maseru Lesotho. After registration at Procurement Office 1, the bidding document will be emailed to the bidder. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below Ministry of Health at Corner Constitutional and Linare Road on or before 7th November 2024 before 11:00Hour. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 7th November 2024 at 11:30hour. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of total Bid amount from Commercial Bank in Maloti Currency or equivalent foreign. Power of Attorney, Traders and Tax Clearance or equivalent from country of registration, Signed Bid Form, Signed Price Schedule. Failure to submit above along with your bid, will be disqualified during evaluations. 8.
