• This invitation for expression of interest (pre-qualification) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) dated 11/07/2024.

• The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY has received a Credit from the WORLD BANK toward the cost of Package 2 - Provision Of Consultancy Services For Review Of Design And Supervision Of Zonal Soft Centers and Fablabs For Three Centers, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for Package 2 - Provision Of Consultancy Services For Review Of Design And Supervision Of Zonal Soft Centers and Fablabs For Three Centers.

• The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY now invites eligible all eligible tenderers to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Package 2 - Provision Of Consultancy Services For Review Of Design And Supervision Of Zonal Soft Centers and Fablabs For Three Centers for a period of 360

• Interested all eligible tenderers must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant?s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may/may not associate to enhance their qualifications.

• Selection will be conducted through the Consultant's Qualifications Selection selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information through National e-Procurement system (NeST)

• Expressions of Interest (EoI) must be delivered though NeST before deadline indicated on NeST.

Architecture/Architecture Technology and

registered with the relevant professional bodies as

registered Architect; post-graduate qualifications

in Construction Management will be of an added

advantage.

Minimum of five years post-

experience in relevant field.

(M &E)

The Services engineers must possess a minimum

of Bachelor degree in degree in Mechanical or

Electrical Engineering from any recognized

university or similar institution. The services

engineers must have excellent communication

skills, fluency in written and spoken English

language and should be registered with recognized

Professional Board.

Description of Services

Provision Of Consultancy Services For Review of Design And Supervision of Zonal Soft Centers And Fablabs For three Centers

Scope of Activity

The Consultant shall perform all works during rehabilitation as well as defect liability period and other necessary works as

described in these Terms of Reference including all technical works and supervise the rehabilitation works for the

establishment of ICT Innovation Hubs and Fabrication Labs. In carrying out the work; the Consultant shall work closely

with the client - CT Commission who shall provide clarifications and support which may be required by the Consultant.
