REF No. KE-SDYA-546405-CS-INDV The attention of technical advisor is drawn to paragraph 3.14,3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank procurement regulations IPF borrowers dated 2016 and revised on September 2025 (7th edition) setting forth the world bank on conflict of interest. The Government of Kenya through the State Department for Youth and Creative Economy seeks the services of the Financial Management Specialist to undertake the task listed in the terms of reference.

The Financial Management Specialist will be based in Nairobi, but will be available to travel to the other counties. The Financial Management Specialist will be selected based on Individual Consultant Selection methods set out in the world bank procurement regulation. The REOIs will be closed/opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates at the NYOTA Boardroom, Bruce House, 3rd Floor Standard Street Nairobi.
