Experience in developing indicators, logic frameworks, result frameworks and M&E plans;
Experience participating in evaluations (Baseline, Midline and endline);
Proficiency in the use of computerized data management systems;
Excellent command of Portuguese and English written and spoken. Desired Requirements • Experience with projects financed by development partners, in particular the World Bank, will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a team and articulate with public and private entities;
Being proactive, leadership skills and ability to work in the office and in the field;
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and motivation to produce results and impact;
Knowledge of concepts, principles and practices that govern the M&E rules of the State and the World Bank.
