Desired Requirements • Familiarity with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and national legislation governing public procurement and contracts;
Training in procurement from development agencies;
Knowledge of World Bank online procurement tracking system (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement). • Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and outside normal working hours. The attention of interested Consultants (including firms) is drawn to paragraph 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers September 2025 (“the Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
