Qualifications and Experience • A Graduate Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management/ Civil Engineering /Economics/ Finance or other similar degree from a recognized University • A postgraduate degree in Project/Contract Management and Business Administration will be an added advantage • At least 10 years’ experience in Procurement related activities with substantial content of procurement of works/ services in an international, national, public or private organization preferably in a developing country setting • Any other general relevant experience in procurement • Substantial knowledge of public procurement procedures of Lesotho, as well as World Bank Funding Rules and Regulations and donor funded projects • Be fluent in English and, and have an excellent knowledge of spoken and written English • Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Computer Literacy is essential Interested candidates are to submit the application letter with the following documents: Certified copies of Educational Certificates and Transcripts, and Curriculum Vitae.
