Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: 4.0 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The consultant should have the following minimum qualifications: Qualifications • Advanced university degree (Masters or PhD) in security risk management or similar subjects in an internationally accredited and recognized education institution is required. Experience • Minimum of 8 years of full-time relevant professional experience in security risks management, including experience at senior management level in the international private security industry, and at least 5 years’ experience in security risk management in the South Sudan. • Experience in preparation of Security Risk Assessments and Security Management Plans. • Must have an ex-military or ex-police background, with at least 5 years active service. The attention of interested individual Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018 and November, 2020, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
