The Federal Government of Somalia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Somalia Crisis Recovery Project (SCRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Bay Regional Hospital, Southwest State “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.”3. The Ministry of Finance, Federal Government of Somalia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Rehabilitation of Bay Regional Hospital, Southwest State | Name of Project | District |

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” dated July 1st, 2016 revised November 2017 August 2018 ,November 2020 and September 2023(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.6. The bidding document in English may be obtained free of charge by the interested eligible on the Somali Jobs website. Bids shall be submitted electronically. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be virtually opened via Google Meet and invites sent to the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on 6th March 2024 at 11:30AM EAT.9. All Bids must be accompanied by a BID-SECURING DECLARATION using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms.10 All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.11.
