This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. 122 dated 11/JULY 2024 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 11/07/2024. 2.

The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY has received CREDIT financing from the WB towards the cost of the Proposed Rehabilitation Works For Zonal Soft Centers And Fablabs At Dar Es Salaam, Lindi, And Zanzibar, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Proposed Rehabilitation Works For Zonal Soft Centers And Fablabs At Dar Es Salaam, Lindi, And Zanzibar. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the bidding document.

Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. ?For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank?s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.? 3.
