THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Tender No.: 68/2024/2025/W/2 FOR Proposed Rehabilitation of Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) Buildings to House Huduma Pamoja Centers (Phase II) – (ZONE V1)- Located at Kijitoma, Temeke and Pugu 04/02/2025 • This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 11/07/2024. • The MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY has received a Credit from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of Proposed Rehabilitation Of Tanzania Posts Corporation (Tpc) Buildings To House Huduma Pamoja Centers (Phase Ii) – (Zone V1)- Located At Kijitoma, Temeke And Pugu, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover eligible payments under the contract for Proposed Rehabilitation of Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) Buildings to House Huduma Pamoja Centers (Phase II) – (ZONE V1)- Located at Kijitoma, Temeke and Pugu. • The MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY now invites tenders from contractors registered or capable of being registered in THREE,FOUR,TWO,ONE for construction of Proposed Rehabilitation of Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) Buildings to House Huduma Pamoja Centers (Phase II) – (ZONE V1)- Located at Kijitoma, Temeke and Pugu. • Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410. • A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST. • Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay tender participation fees indicated in the NeST to able to participate in this tendering process. • All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents. • All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM hours local time on 11/02/2025.

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST. • Tenders not received or opened through NeST shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
