Project ID No. P180117
The African Union has received financing in the amount of US$ 50 Million equivalent from the World Bank toward the cost of the Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (BIASHARA) 2063 Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project.
The project includes the following components
Component 1: Improved effectiveness of the AUC management functions (USD 19.0)
Component 2: Improved capacity for implementation of commitments to enhance intracontinental trade (US$ 25.0 million)
Component 3: Project Implementation, Results Based Management, and Stakeholder Engagement (US$ 6.0 million)
