The National Local Government Finance Committee now invites sealed Bids from bidders for Supply and Delivery of 50No Laptop Computers at National Local Government Finance Committee in area 14 Lilongwe, Malawi. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open national using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
