  • The Malawi Government has received grant financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Regional Climate Resilient Program (RCRP2) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for toward payments under the contract for supply and delivery of 50No Laptop Computers: “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.”]
  • The National Local Government Finance Committee now invites sealed Bids from bidders for Supply and Delivery of 50No Laptop Computers at National Local Government Finance Committee in area 14 Lilongwe, Malawi.
  • Bidding will be conducted through open national using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from, Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee, Attention: Acting Procurement Specialist

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below in (9) on 11th November, 2025 at 10:00hrs Local time.
