The Ministry of Education and Training under a World Bank funded project has allocated/received funds to be used for the Supply and Delivery of Indoor Materials for Additional ECCDE Grade Zero Classrooms (Educational Toys)

The Entity invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the provision of the above Goods (Educational Toys)

• Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the open National Tendering method contained in the PublicProcurement Regulations 2020. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information about the Tender documents at the address given below at 4(a) from 08:15am to 16:00pm. Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers(s) from the email address below at 4(a) upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of E500.00 (Five Hundred Emalangeni). • Tenders must be delivered to the address below at 4(c) at or before 09:00am on Friday, 03 July 2026. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of E25,000.00 (Twenty-Five Thousand EmalangeniOnly). Tender securities must be valid 28 days beyond Tender validity date. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the addressbelow at 4(d) at 09:10 am on Friday, 03 July 2026.
