Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” First Published July 2016 and Revised Fourth Edition, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Kenya Biovax Institute Limited procurement@biovax.go.ke and inspect the bidding document during office hours during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours East African Time (EAT) from Monday to Friday excluding lunch hour (1300 to 1400hours (EAT) and public holidays.at the address given below 5. A complete set of the bidding document can be downloaded free of charge from www.biovax.go.ke/tenders or can be obtained at the address given below 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1st April 2026 at 1030hrs hours East African Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
