Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (September 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”) and its open to all interested bidders. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from address in 7(a) and inspect the Bidding Documents at that address from 8:00am to 4:00 pm local time from Monday to Friday during working days. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address in 8(a) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MK10,000.00. The method of payment will be Cash 6. Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days and must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address in 8(b) at or before at 10:00 hours local time on 19th December, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address in 8(c) at 10:00 hours local time on 19th December, 2025. 7.
