28 You are requested to submit your quotation through the system before May 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The opening of quotations shall take place immediately after the submission deadline through NeST. The bidder will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, Cap. 410. The quotation will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria shown in the tender documents. The award will be made to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price and offering goods that are compliant with the technical specifications to carry out the assignments during the financial year 2025/2026. The bidder must quote for all the items under this RFQ. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the items together, and the contract will be awarded to the supplier offering the lowest evaluated total price for all the items, if substantially responsive to the technical specifications. Further information on technical specifications and requirements is available through the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania, NeST portal at nest.go.tz, or on the following website: www.nest.go.tz. Bidders will be required to register on www.nest.go.tz to be able to participate in this tender. Any request for clarification with regard to this assignment shall be addressed through the nest.go.tz National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) no less than five (5) days before the submission deadline. The employer shall respond to clarifications received within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the query.
