• Rwanda Biomedical Centre invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply and installation of ECD equipment as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

• The tender will comprise of 4 Lots as follow;

• Supply and installation of office furniture

• Supply and installation of equipment for resting/ stimulation

• Supply of learning and teaching materials

• Supply of kitchen and WASH materials

• Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs at any Rwanda Revenue Authority account.

• All bids shall be accompanied by the following bid Securities issued by any accredited financial institution.

• Lot 1: 3,813,384 Frw

• Lot 2: 508,500 Frw

• Lot 3: 650,700 Frw

• Lot 4: 1,288,281 Frw

• The bid submission will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) and the deadline of bids submission is scheduled on 11th August, 2025 at 11:00 am.

• The opening of bids will be done through e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw) on the same day 11th August , 2025 at 11:30 am.

• The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
