This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National

e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 16/11/2023.

1.

The MINISTRY OF LANDS, HOUSING AND HUMAN SETTLEMENTS DEVELOPMENT has received a Loan

from the IDA towards the cost of Land Tenure Improvement Project (LTIP), and it intends to apply part of the

proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply and installation of ICT Equipment for

41 LGAs.

The MINISTRY OF LANDS, HOUSING AND HUMAN SETTLEMENTS DEVELOPMENT

now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Company Foreign,

Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Manufacturer

Foreign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign of Supply and installation of ICT

Equipment for 41 LGAs.

3.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public

Procurement Regulations.

4.

A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST.5.

Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able

to participate in this tendering process.

6.

All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Bank

Guarantee in the currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of

foreign Tenderers worth 100,000,000.00.

7.

All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM on 13/06/2024.

Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the

public through NeST.

8.

Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.9.
