• Qualifications requirements include: to be qualified for the award of contract (s): the Bidder must have successfully completed two similar contracts within the past five years involving the Supply and Installation of PV Solar Systems Project and their spare parts to a country similar to Sudan. 7.A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically "shall not", be applied.

The Bidders should attach the full document showing that stamp duty,taxes and Zakat(this for Sudan National companies only) has been satisfied in addition to valid registration and agency agreement with a supplier, manufacture or producer.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission ofa written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee SDG (50) Sudanese Pounds) or equivalent convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash or Cheque. 9.
