MW-MOH-538910-GO-RFB • Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (“Procurement Regulations 2025”) and is open to all eligible Bidders. • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health Email: pit.tenders@mheprr.mw, andrewngwendu@gmail.com, lingonda@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 11 (a) during working days from 8.00am to 12.00pm and from 1.00pm to 4.00pm. • A complete set of bidding document in english may be purchased by interested bidders or their representatives at cash office – room number 5, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Malawi Kwacha (MK10,000.00) or any convertible currency acceptable to the purchaser. The bidding document will be collected from the procurement office at the address given below at 11(a) during working days. The method of payment will be cash. • Bids, clearly marked on the outer envelope with tender name and reference number must be delivered to the address at 11(b) below and deposited in the tender box located at Ministry of Heath, 2nd Floor at or before 10:00 hours local time on 30th March, 2026.
