Quotation No: TR28/2025/2026/G/25 For Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Fiber Optic Network and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone System INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS 22/10/2025 1.This Invitation for Quotation follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 19/09/2025. 2.The MKWAWA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION has received a Credit from the MKWAWA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION towards the cost of Supply, Installation, And Commissioning Of A Fiber Optic Network And Voice Over Internet Protocol (Voip) Phone System, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover eligible payments under the contract forSupply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Fiber Optic Network and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone System.

• The MKWAWA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION now invites quotation from all eligible tenderers for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Fiber Optic Network and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Phone System. 4.Quotation will be conducted through the National Shopping specified in the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410.

• A complete set of quotation document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST. 6.Tenderers are required to be registered on the NeST and pay quotation participation fees indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this quotation process.

• All quotations must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the quotation document. 8. All Quotations must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 2:00 PM hours local time on 30/10/2025.
