WB-P754804-06/21 dated10th June 2021and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 04/08/2025 • The MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (MOEST) through the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received LOAN under Secondary Education Quality Improvement Project (SEQUIP) project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply, installation, and commissioning of ICT and communication equipment, software, and video conferencing systems for the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) in Dodoma and Dar es Salaam under SEQUIP Project (Lots 1–3). • Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (Donor Funded) using Request for Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Seventh Edition, September 2025as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410, and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, Metrida C Kaijage of P.
