This Invitation for bid follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. 0P00142857 dated17th August 2021 and the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated03/07/2023. 2. The MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGY has received CREDIT financing from the WORLD BANK towards the cost of the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment and ICT Communication Tools forSupport of Government Performance Management Information System TEM, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply, Installation andCommissioning of ICT Equipment and ICT Communication Tools for Support of GovernmentPerformance Management Information System. “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’ Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.” 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering using Request fo Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November 2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410, and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, KIJOLI SAID 677 DODOMA and inspect the bidding document through NeST. 6.
