Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (Donor Funded) using Request fo Bids (RfB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” fourth edition, November2020 as well as the Public Procurement Act, CAP 410, and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, P.O.Box 677, DODOMA and inspect the bidding document through NeST. 6. A complete set of bidding document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST freely.
