The Project Implementation Unit of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development (ID4D), National Identity Management Commission now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply, Installation and Configuration of Critical Power Systems for Data Center, Headquarters and Disaster Recovery Center & Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Alternate Power Solutions for Data Center 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
