Request for Bid (National) The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Ministry of Agriculture – Second Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP-II) Project ID: P174385: Bid Reference No. ET-MOA-571908-GO-RFB Contract title: - Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Machineries and Tools • The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Second Resilient Landscape and Livelihood Project (RLLP-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Machineries and Tools. • The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following materials:

The method of payment should be Bank transfer through account number 1000009144009. • Bids will be evaluated in item based and bidders can offer all or partial as the supplier interest. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 27, 2026 at 2:00P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on October 27, 2026 at 2:15 PM. • All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as indicated above table in a freely convertible currency in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
