THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MZUMBE UNIVERSITY Quotation No. TR76/2024/2025/G/115 FOR 23/08/2024 Supply of Assistive and Adaptive technology (AAT) Devices Invitation for Quotation for Minor Value Procurement of Goods You are hereby invited to submit price quotations for the items described under Schedule of Price under Section III with Technical Specifications under Section IV. • Technical specifications: A description of items and the minimum technical specifications of the item(s) or requirements required by the PE is provided in Section IV-Technical Specifications.

• Quotation Submission Deadline: The deadline for submission of quotations is 1:00 PM and 30/08/2024. Quotations will be opened promptly there after through NeST, quotation opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

3.Mode of Submission: All Quotations shall be submitted through NeST. Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances. 4.Evaluation Criteria Suppliers are required to provide details and response to the Qualification and Evaluation Criteria under Section V- Qualification and Evaluation Criteria.
