Supply of Assistive Technology for Special Needs Students and Staff

24/06/2026 This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project, which appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. 468027 dated TZ-MUHAS-468027-GO-RFB and the National e Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 04/02/2025

The MUHIMBILI UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES has received LOAN from the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences(MUHAS) towards the cost of the Supply of Assistive Technology Equipment for Students and Staff with special needs (Visual Impairment and low Vision, Hearing Impairement, And Physical Disabilities And Other Categories) For Muhas Mloganzila And Kigoma Campus, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Supply of assistive technology equipment for students and staff with special needs (visual Impairment and Low Vision, hearing impairement, and physical disabilities and other categories) for MUHAS Mloganzila and Kigoma Campus.

You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for the supply of the goods described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

The Quotations shall be valid for 90 days.

The required delivery period is 30 days from the issuance of the purchase order.

The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 03/07/2026.

Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST, and their opening details will be available through NeST.

Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated, irrespective of the circumstances.
