TITLE OF THE TENDER: SUPPLY OF ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SCALES SOURCE OF FUND: World Bank • The Rwanda Biomedical Centre wishes to invite bidders for the tender of Supply of electronic weighing scales as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. • The tender is comprised of one indivisible lot • Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw ) upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs at any Rwanda Revenue Authority account. • Tender Documents may be downloaded after payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) through www.rra.gov.rw • All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of seven million eight hundred thirty-three thousand six hundred Rwandan Francs (7,833,600 Frw) issued by any financial institution • Bids will be submitted through Rwanda On-line E-procurement System on www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than 04/08/2025 at 11:00AM • Bids will be opened on 04/08/2025 at 11:30AM • The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
