Supply of Furniture and Equipment for New Buildings — Moshi Cooperative University

1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 18/07/2024.

• The MOSHI CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY has received a Loan from the The World Bank towards the cost of SUPPLY OF FURNITURE AND FITTINGS, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply of furniture and fittings.

• The MOSHI CO-OPERATIVE UNIVERSITY now invites tenders from GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE, Company Local, Company Foreign, Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Sole Proprietor Local, Partnership Local, Manufacturer Foreign, Partnership Foreign and Sole Proprietor Foreign of Supply of furniture and fittings.

• Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

• A complete set of tendering document(s) in English may be accessed through NeST via https://nest.go.tz/

• Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.

• All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Bank Guarantee in the currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers worth 50,000,000.00.

• All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 10:00 AM on 11/03/2025. Tenders will be opened promptly there after through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

• Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
