The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN) Project 2.0 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Establishment of Homestead Gardens Livestock:- Layer Birds and Broilers For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

• The Federal Ministry of Agriculture & Food Security - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Homestead Gardens Livestock: - Layer birds and Broilers. The descriptions of goods are provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1 and the distribution to end lines is on Annex1 attached to the bidding document.

• Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February, 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.

All bidders are mandated to purchase the bidding document as described in paragraph 6 above. The evidence of payment for the bidding document must be attached to the bid submission. Bid(s) submitted without evidence of payment for bidding document and without bid security shall be rejected.

The bidding document can be accessed at: www.anrinproject.com.ng. Any prospective Bidder that encounters difficulty in making payment should reach out to the Project immediately. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th November 2026.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 6th November 2026. at 12:00pm.
