• The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar through the United Republic of Tanzania has received loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Procurement of ICT and Electronic equipment, President Office Regional Administration Local Government and Special Departments intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this request for quotation issued

• The President Office Regional Administration Local Government and Special Department (PORALG-SD) on Behalf of Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar invites you to submit priced quotation for Supply of ICT and Electronic equipment as described in the Specifications and Schedule of requirements

• This procurement shall be conducted through National Shopping procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, No. 2 of 2025 and its Regulations.

• The Shortlisted company may obtain further information from President Office Regional Administration Local Government and Special Departments, through Principal Secretary, Tel No +255 24 2230027, P.o.box 4220, Vuga Street, Zanzibar - Tanzania and inspect the Quotation documents during office hours 7:30 to 15:30 local hours from Monday to Friday, except the public holiday at the address given below

• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing in the form of Banker cheque or Bank guarantee for amount of TZS 10 Million or convertible USD in the form of an acceptable format

• All Quotations in one original plus two copies (2) properly filled in, and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope clearly marked Quotation for Supply of ICT and electronic Equipment must be physically submitted at the Head Office Located at Vuga Street, on or before 17th November 2025 at 10:00 local time. The quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening meeting at the President Office regional Administration Local Governments and Special Departments Head Office.

• Late quotations, portion of quotations, and quotations not received, opened, not read out in public at the bids opening ceremony will be rejected for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance.
