Delays in delivery of goods will incur a penalty of 1/1000 of contract price per calendar day of delay up to 10% of contract value. If 10% is exceeded contract may be cancelled. 9. Payment: 100% within 14 days of invoice date and receipt & acceptance of goods. 10.
