INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project, which appeared in

United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. N/A dated N/A and the National e-Procurement

System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 29/08/2025. 1. The TANZANIA NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY has received CREDIT from the International

Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Supply of Laptop, Desktop and

Workstation Laptop Computers For Tanzania Transport Integration Project (Tantip) - Project

Implementation Team (PIT), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under

the contracts for SUPPLY OF LAPTOP, DESKTOP AND WORKSTATION LAPTOP

COMPUTERS FOR TANZANIA TRANSPORT INTEGRATION PROJECT (TanTIP) -

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION TEAM (PIT). 2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule

of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II. 3. 4. The Quotations shall be valid for 120 days. 5. The required delivery period is 60 days from the issuance of the purchase order

6. The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM local time on 03/10/2025. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST, and their opening details will be available through
